Why Secundra exists

Secundra was founded in 2025 with one idea in mind, every organisation deserves honest cybersecurity. Including the smaller, often overlooked SMEs and non profits.

Our story

Founded in 2025, driven by experience

Secundra was founded in July 2025. We noticed that most cybersecurity vendors focus on large enterprises, leaving SMEs and non profits in the cold.

Our goal is simple, to build an affordable and transparent formula that brings real peace of mind to smaller organisations. No oversized contracts, no hidden costs.

As a team we combine experience in infrastructure management, security operations and project delivery. What you get is a partner that is technically capable and humanly approachable.

Brian lectures Infra & Cyber at UC Leuven-Limburg and is the deep technical engine behind Secundra. With a degree in Applied Computer Science, he combines academic experience with years of hands on work in networking, systems and cybersecurity. He previously helped build the infrastructure at Vanden Borre as a systems and network engineer. Today he focuses on stable, secure and automated IT environments for SMEs and non profits.

Ian works as a cybersecurity advisor, guiding organisations on security strategy, threat management and compliance. He translates technical risks into strategic decisions and feels at home in modern sectors such as insurance and financial services. Within Secundra he leads the advisory side and builds trajectories around NIS2, DORA and ISO 27001.
