Privacy policy

This privacy policy describes which personal data Secundra VOF collects, why we collect it and which rights you have. We keep it short and clear.

1. Controller

Secundra VOF, established at Vlaanderen, is the data controller responsible for processing personal data as described in this policy. You can reach us at info@secundra.be.

2. Which data we process

We only process data that you actively provide to us, such as your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message when using our contact form. We do not place tracking cookies and we do not use external analytics scripts.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used exclusively to reply to your question, to prepare a quote or to follow up on a collaboration. Processing is based on your consent and on the performance of a contract or pre contractual measures.

4. Retention

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case no longer than legal retention periods require.

5. Third parties

We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the delivery of our services (such as hosting or email providers) or when we are legally required to. Whenever we work with processors, we sign a data processing agreement.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by sending us an email. We respond within the legal term of one month.

7. Complaints

If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, please contact us first. You also always have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. The most recent version is always available on this page.
