1. Controller
Secundra VOF, established at Vlaanderen, is the data controller responsible for processing personal data as described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Which data we process
We only process data that you actively provide to us, such as your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message when using our contact form. We also collect anonymised usage statistics via cookies, but only with your consent (see section 8).
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used exclusively to reply to your question, to prepare a quote or to follow up on a collaboration. Processing is based on your consent and on the performance of a contract or pre contractual measures.
4. Retention
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case no longer than legal retention periods require.
5. Third parties
We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the delivery of our services (such as hosting or email providers) or when we are legally required to. Whenever we work with processors, we sign a data processing agreement.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights by sending us an email. We respond within the legal term of one month.
7. Complaints
If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, please contact us first. You also always have the right to file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
8. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to measure, in anonymised form, how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This places cookies, but only after you have given your consent via the cookie notice. Without consent, no analytics cookies are placed. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the cookies in your browser.
9. Changes
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. The most recent version is always available on this page.
