AI Literacy

AI literacy for your SME or non-profit

Since 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act requires staff to be sufficiently AI literate. We translate that into a practical workshop: afterwards your team works with AI safely and meaningfully.

  • Meet the AI literacy obligation of the EU AI Act
  • Your team uses AI without leaking company data
  • Recognise hallucinations and verify output critically
  • Practical and tailored to your sector, not a theory course

What and why

AI literacy, and why it matters to your SME

AI literacy means your staff understand what AI can and cannot do, and that they use the tools safely and responsibly. Since the EU AI Act, that is no longer optional but an obligation for every organisation that uses AI.

Meaningful use

Your team learns where AI genuinely saves time and where it does not fit. No hype, just concrete applications for daily work.

Safe with data

We show how to protect company and client information, and which tools you may or may not feed with sensitive data.

Critical judgement

You learn to spot hallucinations, verify output and gauge the limits of AI, so wrong answers do not slip through.

Frequently asked questions

AI literacy in brief

What is AI literacy?

AI literacy is your staff's ability to understand AI tools and use them safely, critically and responsibly. It is about knowing what AI can and cannot do, how to protect company data and how to check output before relying on it.

Is AI literacy mandatory?

Yes. Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organisations that use AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. That obligation also applies to SMEs and non-profits using common tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.

Who is the workshop for?

For any team that uses or wants to start using AI, from management to administration. No prior knowledge is needed. We tailor the level and examples to your sector and to the tools you already use.

How long does an AI workshop take?

A basic workshop usually lasts half a day. For larger teams or specific use cases we plan a full day or a series of shorter sessions. We decide the format together after a short introduction.

What does an AI workshop cost?

The price depends on group size, duration and the degree of customisation. After a free introductory call you receive a concrete quote with no surprises. Feel free to book a call to discuss the options.
